Condolences to the victims of this horrifying attack upon INNOCENTS. May the families of those victims be assured that their loved ones are in a better place than here now, & a speedy recovery to those injured.
PrezPutin may have much to answer for his policy decisions, but those Russian victims are innocent & do not deserved to have their lives terminated.
Kudos to the RUS intelligence for their quick response & had been able to identify & captured those terrorists responsible in quick time & brought justice to victims of loved ones, a resolute end that Israelis do not have for the Oct 7 massacre of innocents, as those terrorists are still being protected along with hostages still held.....
However, there will be questions raised upon the security arrangements for mass events:-
1) Why intelligence units did not keep tabs on suspected terrorists, as such damage done was a team effort & there would have to be coordination.
2) Why the security agencies did not perform a CLEAN SWEEP on the premises of a mass event for any suspicious items
3) Why did they not CHECK bags for prohibited items on each concert goer.
4) Why were there NO contingency plans for SAFE EXIT & EVACUATION of audience.
...and many more....
In this age of terrorism, nothing can be left to chance. Know yourself, know your enemy, a thousand battles fought, a thousand won. THINK like a terrorist & find out his strengths & weakness, & then OUTWIT him....
There is no point in hiding, because terrorists are few, but Humanity are MANY. There are not enough bullets, bombs or even nukes to kill all 7 Billion of us. Thus may innocent Russians & fellow Humankind NOT live in fear or on knees to terrorists. They will be caught & eliminated, each & everyone of them whom do or intent to do harm to innocent Humanity.
