The fucking HDB and PAP are bastards. They should allocate the number of tenants allowed according to the flat type and number of rooms. For example, since 01 May 2018, why limit the number of tenants to 6 for a 4-bedroom flat? Prior to this date, it was allowed to have up to 9 tenants. These PAP DOGS are just being plain unreasonable because it is perfectly normal for each room to accommodate 2 tenants. FUCK TO THE HDB AND PAP.
