Young people I meet today sometimes tell me they are anxious about their future. I find this worrying, because if we look at Singapore today, we are at a much higher level than before, we have so much more than what our parents and our grandparents had. We have more resources, are better educated, and we have many more opportunities to achieve something special not just for ourselves, but for Singapore. We should aim high and with confidence.

As Mr Lee Kuan Yew once said “The sky has turned brighter. There is a glorious rainbow that beckons those with the spirit of adventure. And there are rich findings at the end of that rainbow. To the young and the not too old, I say, look at the horizon, find that rainbow, go ride it.”. Mr Lee Kuan Yew was not so young when he said those words, but he chased the rainbow all his life.

So I hope young people who worry about their future, who are sometimes beset by angst, who are anxious that life has become harder, take heart, chase that rainbow!

Motherfucker should be charged for treason for destroying Singaporean core in private sector

He never had to work a day in his life...courtesy of the tax payer...so what does he know about life for the average singkies

Why do I get the feeling he has doubts on Lawrence getting his 'strong mandate'?

LHL and all his dogs can sya whatever they like as it is all a monologue.
Even when there is a dialogue, they are all pre arranged.
They will never dare to do a public dialogue.
They will turn into puppies if they do that.

He can't even handle his own family affairs, and now he want to lecture the young people? He should just STFU and enjoy letting his toxic wife screw him in the arse.

once in a while, must air the cheebai, when his household gets too crowded, and a mad dog can't stop barking

The HDB pigeon hole existence of more than 80% of S'poreans is a
far cry from the PAP's GCB experience.

He is born with a golden spoon in the mouth,he really don't know what is life for the
ordinary working folks.
The 2-3 hours pay of a PAP Minister takes 1 month to earn for the average S'porean worker.
The annual salary of a PAP Minister is enough to feed the average S'porean family for a lifetime.
