This grab platform varies in customer service due to the fact that any tom dick and harry can jump in to do the work. Those who know and practise or even trained in customer service (in their previous jobs) before will do this job much much more problem free.

You need to humble yourself and be emphatical to do work in customer service, even giving in a little ( not too much but some of) your time and effort without expecting return for customer service. Are you at this level?
