Parents looking for witnesses to take away their own culpability and failure in caring for their own kids?

Tp and lta issue license not based on the competency of the testees but is done similarly to that of a employee appraisal I.e using quotas and bell curve. Means it depend on the number of testees during the days or weeks. If you happen to be a kuku driver, your chance of passing is higher than the day with lesser testees.No mention of drivers.
Pap haven't listened to my advice on lta and tp anyhow issuing driving license.
Same as appraisal done in a working group. Eg if you have more team members, your chance to get better appraisal is higher. Likewise if you work in a smaller team, you need to work double hard to achieve the same grade appraised as the kuku worker who worked in a larger group.

Eg if a extra kuku chiobu failed her first test and took the 2nd one on the same day as a fairly good driver, the chances of the fairly good driver to pass will be lesser than the extra kuku chiobu. This will mean now you have another kuku driver with license on the road.
The end result you can see for yourself.
This accident is just one example.
If you are not a chiobu yet you are a kuku driver eg @ginfreely or other bodoh marcik , then sorry you will need to fail many times before you can start to accumulate compassionate points.
Once you accumulated enough compassionate points, then the same rule will apply, the fairly good driver who took the first test on the same day will fail becos the quota will be given to the kuku driver.
This means that now, again you have another kuku bodoh marcik or ginfreely on the road with license.
More life's will be lost using this kind of appraising method, and it has remained unchanged over decades.
Only ah ho can speak about this for a change to save life's.
One main point to note is that pap/lta/tp fail to acknowledge and understand that some people are just not meant to be drivers on the road.

Does it mean if the fault lies with the maid, they will fire the maid? Or they will blame themselves if is negligent of maid? What they intend to do in this case? Punish themselves? What is the point of going after just 1 driver when there are hundreds of thousands of such driver around?
