SG to build underwater nuclear powergen!

It's going to be 20 km south of Singapore, about 10 km from Jurong Island and 15 km from Sentosa.
This place was also chosen because it's 20 km from Singapore mainland. According to Nuclear safety regulation, there should be a 20 km buffer zone between nuclear facility and city.
How is that going to be possible. sentosa and the city are clearly not very far away. unless the city is in toa payoh or something.

In the old and new sbf... I have been posting about a small nuclear power plant build in the sea where in any nuclear meltdown, sea-water can be used to flood the containment area to prevent any meltdown... some forumers are skeptical about this idea at that time... looks like the pap idiots are only copy cat in ideas...
