not corruption lah. why should i declare and broadcast when milfy ah soh gives me 69% discount (plus 69 at hdb staircase) if she craves to makan outside? it’s a private agreement between cumstomer and vendor and paid in cash out of pocket. moreover total amount is below the $36.9 corporate or organization limit for personal meal sexpenses. i once filed a $1.69 meal sexpense with receipt for a breakfast in hk and kena lectured by accounting for trying to be funny and wasting their time.
