[Sg] - Singaporean had to throw away $500 worth of bak kwa at customs because SFA says Matland meat is too dangerous to bring into Sg

Need to protect the Fragrance-Bee Cheng Hiang oligopoly. Safety my ass. When the government and business interests have an incestuous relationship, it's call fascism, and you are witnessing it now.
S'pore ranks 3rd in the world for crony capitalism; we have a high % of billionaires with family and personal ties with our politicians. Clean govt?

Which is a worse health/safety hazard? Sinkies who returned from JB and already had the bak kwa in their tummy, or them bringing the bak kwa back in boxes?

Very laughable strawman argument from the PAP regime.
Sinkies don't even realise this is because they want to ban meat from Malaysia so temasick can hold its monopoly on indon meat

Using the BS food safety as an excuse to enrich the local bak kwa sellers I see.... Don't have don't eat lor I won't die one leh..... I won't even spend a single cent to enrich those local enterprises especially under such threats and hypocrisy. It's my money I literally vote with my money. I rather go JB leh.... and I see JB as an equalizer of the market. Without JB, you can imagine the prices everywhere in Singapore. It will be even much worse than now.
Who knows the one that Malaysia is selling could be real pork and the one sold in Singapore are fake pork?

Isn't it to protect the Indonesian pig farms owned by Tummysick? The bak kwa sellers will be happier to get mudland pork as ots cheaper

You think they are still giving you real pork to eat these days? Not the ones you can get it from wet markets.

Real pork vs fake pork
Which one is more expensive now?

So fake pork is halal? Than it will be more expensive as demand will increase
