If it does not look, walk and quack like a duck, then it is logical to be satisfied that it is not a duck. If there is no proof that CECAs help to grow our economy, create more white collar jobs for locals and do not take away the livelihood of S'porean PMEs, then it is logical to surmise that these foreigners are not beneficial to S'pore.
