If he is a Malaysian coming to sg to work under wp also not 20%
If he is Malaysian working in Malaysia their epf also not 20%
If he is a sg pr then is 20% that means he is a sg pr working in sg and staying in jb

As social media explodes, more of such scenes, even family disputes will be aired & even live. It is interesting to watch a slice of real life which some may not had experienced before, but it is BEST to reserve judgments or even post comments, as there will always be different sides to issues, & if one makes a bad judgment, give the wrong advice, it can be harmful. Thus be careful.
From the video, based on what was presented, it seems 'santized', from the beautifully decorated & clean home, baby on a crib, etc - almost like a pastoral scene from famous artists, unlike something that a quarrel scene which would be ugly as most would had anticipated - broken plates, furniture askew, etc. It looks like almost just a household conversation.
The husband seemed drunk, but still in control of himself. He showed no violence. The root of the problem of the heated conversations if one listens closely, may be that he only wanted to go out to coffeeshop to drink further, probably had a bad day at work, but his wife who was looking after the baby, wanted him to stay home instead to help. It must had led to a bursting point in his pent up pressures at work, & everything just came out of his mouth, so too the angered wife & defensive daughter.
He had no issue before with his daughter & her live-in boyfriend, as he claimed he bought breakfast & even checked with them if it is enough. The mother too had no issue with such, as she did not ask her daughter's boyfriend to leave, which the boyfriend held on in the face of an angry & drunk father.
They had been married for 20yrs, & the family arrangements, even salary, were no issue. It was just perhaps a bad day for the father, nothing more.
Thus it is important to understand what is going on in the video, & sadly we never will as not much was revealed, & to NEVER TAKE SIDES, if one wants to help, or else, we may aggravate a mere heated family dispute into further harm such as destruction of a family - the building block of Civilization.
