Had not ALLAH made providences for Muslims to live in other peaceful lands ruled by established laws & with prosperity when their own leaders whom misused Islam for personal power & profit caused sufferings to all, and even changed the hearts of leaders in peaceful nations, whom were fearful of terrorists whom manipulated Islam & whom were killing innocents Worldwide, yet allow them in freely?.

What was the result? Many Muslims did attempt to live peacefully, but some performed HORRIFIC acts of civil disobediences & even slaughtering of innocents there, using Islam to JUSTIFY their heinous acts...

This war is about injustice in which legitimate owned properties were seized without any compensation given. Innocent & concerned Humans had been working SINCE 1948, for a workable & realistic solution for both Palestinians & Israelis, regardless if they are minority zionist, many Jews, Christians or Arabs, but to NO avail as the religion card was used by other Arab nations for their own land expansions, & made worse in 1979 when Shia Ayatollahs in Persian Iran ruled, to gain more converts or to lessen the Sunni supremacy in its own gain for long lusted ancient Persian glory of world domination.

If you are a Malaysian, you would realized how life was like before 1979. Malaysia was a secular State & rising as one of the Tigers economy in Asia, with much tolerance, ease & prosperity.

After 1979, when Islam was misused by others to attempt to go back to the beginning in 7th century, it became a Shia controlled & manipulated nation, in the race to show who are the True Muslims, even if it needs to drive every Malaysian achievements to the ground, to go back to the stone ages of nomadic 7th century, absolutely disregarding the changes & evolution Humankind Worldwide had achieved....

Should the Palestinian Israeli issue be about land holdings, it can be resolved by International law, but unfortunately, RELIGION is far too useful to achieve global aims by lustful others, even at the costs of innocent lives....

The insignificant nobody me have NOTHING against the Shia Islam sect. In fact, I admire Ali, whom was chosen by Prophet Muhammad to lead, as he was a Humanist, but just sadly too far ahead of his time, which only ALLAH knows best, for one to elevate barbarians just converted to a religion of peace, & thus another was chosen.

I do not blame Prophet Muhammad's companions either, as they had much to learn about evolution. And even, some of them DID tried to allow Ali to become the Caliph, but others did not as Ali was assassinated, thus began the war between Sunnis & Shias, & saw many fierce battles in Arabia resulted in some Sunnis fleeing to South East Asia in Indonesia to begin new life, with attempts to tamper down the religious supremacy battles with the more humanistic teachings of Prophet Muhammad, not ironical as they whom fled, saw the light, brought peace, progress, cooperation with others & evolution to such lush & fertile valleys compared to desert lands of Arabia till the pivotal year of 1979.

I do not support the persecution of Shias in any way, such as some acts evident in some Sunni majority nations. They too are fellow Humans. This is not imy first fatwa post. Islam is peaceful on paper, in reality islam is never peaceful. Islam started off as a warring religion to knock down the opponents.

A fatwa is a jurisprudence opinion and has to be presented with supporting evidence from Quran and Sunnah.

Because arafat could not deliver the " Right to return". Palestinians with properties in current Israel want that back. so they voted hamas.
