Two men, aged 28 and 30, were at the toilet at Kinex mall in Paya Lebar on Nov. 9 night.
A third man, aged 29, suddenly pushed the oldest man among the trio against the wall.
The 29-year-old was then accused of groping the genitalia of the 30-year-old man, named Dan (transliteration), Shin Min Daily News reported.
However, when Dan and the youngest man, Sam (transliteration), confronted the accused, he denied the allegations and left the scene.
Fearing that he would flee, Dan and Sam followed the accused, and an MMA fight subsequently broke out among the three men.
As a result, Dan and Sam were injured, and were conveyed conscious to Changi General Hospital (CGH).
After police arrived at the scene, the 29-year-old man was arrested for voluntarily causing grievous hurt.
