This sounds like a deliberately misleading advertisement by Foodpanda. The Top 10% who earn between $6,500 to $10,000 could mean that 9% earn $6,500 and 1% earn $10,000 gross income i.e. total amount earned, and not net income i.e. actual earnings after the gig worker's expenses and other deductions are taken out.
