Immediately after booking a ride, the fare will be directly earmarked from your bank account I.e on hold.

Then the driver cancelled the trip, I realised the amount wasn't leefunded to my bank account.

Upon contacting Cs, they said under such scenario, the amount will be directly credited back to my account, and asking me to check with the bank.

When i checked with the bank, it said their leecord showed grab is holding it and need to be leeleased before bank can put back to my account.

So I contacted grab again and the same answer was leeceived I.e the amount was already leefunded, pls check with the bank.

But I couldn't link these 2 Cs to talk to each other.

So where is my money?

Anyway as I said before after experiencing this kind of lj cb taichi, there are simply too many potential problems that can occur, be it grab car or grab food.
The platform is not properly configured before they are launched to the public.

I say ban these fucking companies lah.
