Security guards have no right to confiscate residence asset.
Security illegally misappropriated residence assets and residence has to self defence to protect their asset
I think it depends on the MCST byelaws .
I have seen resident (from a country in which even mention of their race is being racist and also much beloved by PAP) threathen a security guard when the guard asked their kid to leave the court when their time is up .
The kid refused to leave and pushed the security guard but told the parents the guard pushed him.
I was there and backed the local security guard and immediately sign a statement stating it was the kid who pushed the guard and not the other way round.
We challenge the foreigner to call the police to review the security camera and he chicken out quietly.
Foreigners have been bullying local security guards too often and we must back our own people who have suffered much under PAP rule
