I've recently read that Bay Area cities have experienced some of the biggest drops in home prices across the country. I didn't get the reason though.

I heard that prices are going up. But of course it is very individual, just write to some brokers or/and real estate agents.
I would look for a laz parking customer service on their website and see if they might help you with this question. We worked with this company previously and i remember being happy with their services.
