already signed sap and paid 10% so that will be forfeited. but can still terminate tho not keen cause will lose a lot and thinking cean just use it as retirement home in future...

haha i'm kinda lurking around. Now is the preliminary exams for Sec 4/5.. endless marking and drill & practice. Dreaming of the day i can retire in SEC peacefully and can burn all those books:smile:

I only know Bumi Lot (even reopened Bumi lot) cannot be resold to foreigners.... But if you buy International Lot, then it should be ok mah ?

After certain period and 3 times advertisement, developers can submit request to state to change the bumi lot to non bumi lot, by that time non bumi or even foreigners can buy.

queues formed a few days ago, according to the other forum member. so it's considered dirt cheap by locals, as i think BDO target market is mainly locals? I see this as good news for SEC/tebrau/austin buyers. it means at 600k it's lelong prices. so my max downside barring catastrophic collapse of the market is only 50-100k RM.

Isee..yup subsale is a bit complicated, malay reserved land totally cannot.
Anyone heard bumi lot subsale to foreigner successful case? (after those complicated procedures)

Yes, I'm referring to the foreigner owner selling the bumi-unit after the purchase from developer.
I think it's not the same compared to a foreigner selling a non-bumi unit to foreigners.
But like what malpaso said, I guess it can be done but need more approvals and maybe more costs.

Based on my calculation, there is big local demand but v low supply at e tebrau/BDO/austin/molek etc area. Yup, $600k RM n below is big bargain now. I think next year below $700k RM is big bargain level.
