Like that must as well not give, cheap bastard Burger King. Just offer free whopper to all who produce 11B or dress in number 4 lah. Why limit to 1000? There are almost 100,000 personnel in uniform at all times. 1,000 not enough to feed 1 battalion.
SINGAPORE - On July 1, 2014, the first 1,000 SAF servicemen and servicewomen will get a free Whopper burger at Burger King's Arena Country Club outlet. Burger King will begin serving its iconic Whopper burger from 10am onwards.
Military personnel will need to either dress in their number 4 uniform or present their 11b at the counter in order to receive the free burger.
"In view of the positive response from the give away that we did last year, we have decided to bring back this event to continue to show our support and appreciation to our SAF servicemen," said Mr Wong Shyang Jiuu, General Manager, Burger King Singapore, in a press statement.
In addition to the free burger, servicemen will have the option to complete their order with a can of Coke Zero and a pack of medium fries at $2.
To reach out to more SAF servicemen and servicewomen, from July 1 to 7, the Whopper will retail at $3 each (UP $5.95) for all personnel who are dressed in their number 4 uniforms or who present their 11b at any of the Burger King outlets island wide.
