1500 bangalas at Serangoon Gardens will mar the estate’s ambience.
Chomp-chomp will lose business, so is the hawker cte opposite the post office.
Eating houses around the circle will also see fewer crowds as these FT workers prowl the cowboy town.

Of course the NTUC behind the bank (used to be paramount theatre) will see good business.
At night, the bangalas will throng the playground beside a church near the dormitory. The residents will be terrified.
Serangoon Gardens will never be the same if George Yeo allows SGTS to be FT dwellings.

Serangoon gardens residents should launch a protest at Hong Lim Park if PAP George Yeo cannot solve this problem.

My friends and I will join in this protest if serangoon gardens residents decide to do so at Hong Lim, , if they can invite Sylvia Lim to speak up for them, the better.
