Senibong Cove

Fengshui aside, the shipyard and power station is just 2-4km away, any concern on the sand blasting from shipyard and pollution from the power station?

Oh dear, you have just showed us your half-baked elementary Feng Shui understanding.
Your diagram and what you are talking is micro Fengshui meant for an individual unit. (hope you understand the meaning of micro Fengshui.)
It is also known as 住宅风水 or 家居风水 whereby your own unit entrance position (玄關), interior furniture arrangement, bed orientation, altar position, etc are taken into Fengshui consideration.
I'm talking about macro Fengshui which is meant for the whole development, also known as 大楼风水, Fengshui element for all the blocks in the development.
As long as the residents facing Senoko open their windows and look out, that “三柱大香” is right in his view and that Fengshui element will be affecting that unit.
By the way, did you learn 大楼风水?

And as a reminder, you still fail to resolve that extremely bad Fengshui 镰刀煞 Princess Cove development is getting.
Any solution, Master?
Every time I drive down that elevated road from the JB CIQ, I can actually see clearly inside of the units, it is that close!

Lol.... joker of the year. Clearly shows that you don't understand Feng shui. If you continue to disregard the expert view, that is your choice. Lets see if people here believe you or from the expert.

Definitely no problem on Princess Cove but maybe will affect Senibong cove.

Get a life and don't pretend you are better than the expert. I despise those who constantly show disrespect to elders.

Don't worry bro. These are all leftover pest.... troublemakers in nature and anti chinese developers.

Hi guys, is anyone living around this cove & how do you find the security and general maintenance? I may bring a boat there for berthing & like the waterfront living idea.

I'm enjoying a happy hour ice cold Tiger by the marina at Harvest's. Looks like SC is expanding the F&B offerings by building another 2 outlets adjoining the existing ones. Seems one of them will be double storeys - kinda like Sentosa Cove! Guess the existing outlets are doing very well. It's 5.30pm and all tables at Harvest's are occupied or reserved.

Should be within 1-2 months by the looks of it since I believe these structures are not intended to be permanent. I suppose once the area establishes a name, goodwill and clientele (which may already seem to be the case judging by patronage), and once the residential precincts mature, they'll get down to replacing these structures with the actual planned permanent commercial/retail complex.

Went to see a leftover unit at senibong cove block B. The environment is nice however the unit was on the 3rd floor and i find the property finishing is so so. Although the price was quite attractive approximately at 530K for a Type C Unit, but in the end decided to look out for some other property instead. Would have consider if the unit is on a slightly higher floor.

One ridiculous thing i realized is that the booking fee for the BBQ pit actually cost 200 ringgit and required an additional deposit. It just sounds so illogical for me for the mgmt to set such a high booking fee over a BBQ pit.

Surprising that the facilities booking fees are so high..
I must verify with them the next time I pop in. This is also a consideration.

Although buying Senibong cove condo is to also to buy into the general estate which I must say is one of the better seaside living developments around.

Was interested to see how the security would handle a Grab car that wanted to enter and pick someone up from the apartment's lobby area and so I called for a Grab car on my app. Just as my app indicated the car had arrived within the estate grounds, I saw a guard come running in from the post to the lobby area where I was waiting. He asked if I was a Mr XXX who called for the car pick-up. When I confirmed I was the person, I was asked for my unit number which was radioed back to the guard house. Only after all that was the Grab car allowed in. On leaving the grounds, I saw the Grab driver return to the guard at the post a certain entry token/pass before the exit barrier was lifted.

The other day, I took a casual taxi back to the apartments. When the taxi arrived at the guard post, I showed the guard my contactless resident entry card through the window. However that wasn't enough. The guard took the card into the guard post for what I believe to be some verification or recording of some sort. Whatever it is, I didn't complain one bit as it showed the guards were diligent and professional in discharging their duties.

Kudos to the security team for their professionalism.

Impressive. You should commend the guards and more important their boss for their diligence.

Yes I thought of doing that to motivate and encourage them so that they will know their work is appreciated.

Stranger of course they are strict, the bad guys are usually in cahoots with the guards.

Never take home security for granted.
Active security are those guards. You need passive security like grille, alarms, locked doors and lights at dark areas. Remember cctv can only record and deter but will not prevent break ins.
