Below 1M still available, but need to wait for bumi release (current foreign quota full).
EW facing i think, corridors maybe hot, but not room.
It's good find out more from the sales girls and the finishing, they are waiting for your peng yu.
btw, the entrance of e condo got purple flowers..very swee -blown away; ang moh is the bestest!!

My 线人 only posted me the peetures from outside. C block is still under construction, dun think they allow unauthorised personnel to enter.
