In those days when you sell yur unit below valuation, HDB would force buy it. So what happen now. Isn't it ridiculous that the valuations have gone sky high. Thats where your CPF funds are being vacuumed off.

To begin with, our HDB squarish concrete walls are grossly over-valued. No thanks to the "HDB appointed valuers" Obviously, they only observe our own PAP corporate governance which is to always increase but never decrease.
