The salary must change too. Give them 6k a month and you see the result will be vastly different.

I had a similar concern when it came to securing my own place. Instead of relying on guards, I went with Vivint security cameras. They don’t just record what's happening, they actually help stop stuff before it happens. I’ve had a couple of package thieves try to sneak up, but the cameras scared them off before they could even touch anything. It’s made a huge difference for me, and I feel a lot more secure not having to rely on someone else to do the job.
