Secret of the Mediterranean diet

Yummy, looks delicious. :)
Look at the rich colors of the veggies, lots of phyto nutrients.

If you find anything like this in Spore it will cost $$$$. :(

Good post, Johnny. If people don't believe mediterranean diet is the healthiest, that's their business. If you see any place serving greek food, go for it :D

Enjoy some greek food photos:

Could you point out where it shows that vegans live longer. Both Australians and Japanese have one of the highest rate of longetivity in the world but they are not to be known to be as vegans. Many Indians are pure vegans - no meat, egg, fish etc.

Studies of Seventh-Day Adventists (a religious denomination that emphasizes healthy living and a vegetarian diet) show that those who eat nuts gain, on average, an extra two and a half years. Nuts are rich sources of unsaturated fats, so they offer benefits similar to those associated with olive oil. They’re also concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals and other phytochemicals, including antioxidants.

Eating meat is not a sin, choosing not to eat meat is exercising compassion.

Lower demand for meat means fewer animals get killed for meat and fewer people kill animals for meat.

The entire meat processing industry had crated lots of pollution and environmental.

I bet that you are a meat eater and yes, it is hard to swallow the truth. Good luck.

live long for what?
do you have money to enjoy in old age?
does the high inflation wipe out your saving?
does the high cost of living make your old life a misery?

for most poor people, old age is a curse, not a blessing.

of course for the rich, it is a different story.

Sounds sensible.
