That would be the best view when an earthquake hits.
Sadly, no earthquakes in Sinkieland. You can only see a water spout now and then, but they happen at the east coast area.
You can smell the salty smell of the sea, that brings comfort to most thalassophile Sinkies.
It's like a nice-smelling girl walking by, it's her perfume or shampoo or natural (CB?) scent. You don't know what it is, and you won't be fucking her, but it smells pleasant and brightens up your day. That's all that matters.

I think you can hear ship horning in this area
On weekends you can also see people flying kites and drones at the park. You can spot this easily from a high floor of those new flats.
many many moons ago SAF used to conduct exercise at the West Coast Park, with thunder flashes etc. Spectators welcomed
