The size of Marsiling/Yew Tee GRC is a separate matter. The issue here is that the GRC stands on a Team with a minority race member. Now that she has resigned, it makes the pap Team not eligible to be a GRC Team. So a BE is needed

The Judges will give the government the benefit of every possible doubt. I think this is true of most countries. Else the government can be tied down by frivolous suits to the detriment of the country. However when the issues are crystal clear the Judges have to follow the law. To me if it is necessary to call a by-election for a SMC when the incumbent MP departs, it is doubly so when a minority candidate in a GRC leaves. The GRC is focused on minority representation. To claim no bye-election is necessary is to call the GRC scheme as a sham. The likes of CCS not addressing this point exposes the intellectual vacuum at the top of the adminstration.

As LHL has ignored SDP's letter, I look forward to SDP bringing LHL to Court soon

Halimah cant have the cake and eat it. A President shd be impartial. But we know that Halimah is a pap stooge. So by right, she is disqualified because she is a pap running bitch. Since pap insists on fielding her as a Presidential candidate, Singaporeans must overwhelmingly vote against her. Singaporeans must not allow LHL and PAP to trample all over us

the other non-PAP candidates are unknown and weak. HY is likely to win the presidential election by an overwhelming majority, at worst low 60s of the popular vote. a contested election will certainty legitimate the presidency. therefore the PAP should give the people a contested presidential election lah.
