Their ranting here does, however, illustrate the PAPzis' contempt for the people who do and make things, rather than design and plan them. Hence, the slighting of ITE graduates. This has gone on for more than 30 years, and has contributed to an economy without a base. There is also no respect for those who do 'menial' work. Even craftsmen are looked down upon.
