Despite the recent initiative by SMRT which deployed 500 officers to patrol cabins to fine errant rule-breakers, this student was still seen openly sipping her Pepsi while on board the MRT train.

Says STOMPer Diane:

"This happened after the fine rule was imposed.

"No one caught this 'ignorant' school girl.

"Maybe the schools should educate the students on the 'fine rules in Singapore."

This girl, who was spotted in bus number 27 on Tuesday (July 21), was drinking bubble tea onboard even though it is not allowed, says a STOMPer.

The STOMPer was sitting next to her when he snapped this picture.

He says:

“I sat next to this girl on bus service 27 towards Hougang.

“She was drinking her bubble tea without regard for the possible fines that she could receive.”
