The water did it...it was not suppose to drown the person in it...it was suppose to help. Certainly the water is at fault, the committee of Inquiry will confirm this.

Because the NCOs n officers know that there will be no real consequences to their actions. The treatment of the conscripts will get worse. It's easy to be a sadist in the army etc. It's harder to be a leader amongst men n the typical Singkie does not have this skill to lead n inspire confidence. It's lucky that Singkieland will never go to war. If not half the NCOs n officers will be killed by fragging.

Actually if a general run away from the battle field it's called desertion n it's a capital offence. He will definitely be fragged. But hanging is the more common form of punishment
