But since you are in NZ, I wonder how are you going to enforce any infringement of your copyright, or whatever intellectual property?
In order to enforce my rights, all I need to do is email my lawyer in Singapore and follow up with a phone call telling him exactly what I want done.
If I can run my company in Singapore from NZ, I can most certainly execute something as simple as lawsuit.
