Mansionettes are considered old flats, need lotsof interior design experience and knowledge in order to renovate the home nicely without problems.

Lol,many sinkies still Don understand when Yr hone is a flat whether lease or freehold it is just a fucking rental flat ,unless u owned something like wst our snakes are standing ,that kind if landed is worth a lot, those in pigeon holes are just rental ,but many sinkies tot they worth something but fuck them they are worthless as it get older,while papigs landed going to be priceless in long run , n sinkies inly one pigeon hole whereas papigs hv not one but few landed, n shophouse,lol,this is life u need dumb followers

Whether it is leasehold or freehold or anyhold ... you cannot keep it forever. It will not be your possession for long .. 99 years is actually too long a time for most folks.
Be content with a simple life for this is the key to happiness.
