Exercise regimen: I sail three times a week and go to the gym twice a week. I do weight training as well as core stability exercises. I cycle to school, the gym and the sailing centre as it's a good form of cardiovascular training.
Diet: My breakfast consists of cereal and milk. My school lunch comprises of rice, meat and vegetables. I usually take dinner at home. I have small snacks in between meals, such as apples and muesli bars. Occasionally, I indulge in ice cream and cakes.
