They show right accounting, proper transaction; workers/ entertainment artistes open POSB account. Cheque credit into their a/c ..............and BINGO........... $$$$$$$$ changed hands. SO its leegalized corruption and Proper Falsifying Accounting.

Biggest joke is how some employers fake their workers salary to qualify them for S-pass...

This is very true. I am aware of such cases and it is a bloody joke that ICA or MOM still allow them to do it (i suspect they close an eye if not, it should be $$$ involved (corruption?).
Would you believed that a foreign cashier/waitress being paid $1800 and above and on top of that lodging is provided for? You dun need to be a scholar to suspect that something is wrong and the salary is well above market-rate and somehow S-Passes are given to these people without probing deeper. This is the reason why these FTs are coming in droves to take away primary jobs previously held by Singaporeans.
