The Su-35/37 and the mig35 are not true 5th generation planes. They are mostly 4.5 gen having elements of 5th gen technology. A truly 5th gen aircraft is the PAK FA that was posted earlier. It still has a long way to go before it can see light of the day.

What is this talk of "kekleng" kicking ass. They are already taking the jobs of locals but thats true with PRC, Indos, Filipino, Malysian,...... Sporeans must take up this issue with the PAP who are responsible for this policy

SAF is there to prevent Malaysia from comming down to Spore in the 60's & kicking LKYs ass. This is what I read in a book that was banned in Spore on the pretext that the author used LKYs picture without his permission

I remember the PAP was pushing for some classes in the schools to teach Sporeans to be happy for what they have. In other words Sporeans have to have reasonable expectations.

Back when the MPs were already making multi-million dollar salaries. The floodgates were opening up to the FT.

PAP were obviously not toeing the line of setting "reasonable" expectations, or were they setting Sporeans up to expect less

Well Singapore is on the F35 development team maybe the F15 is the price to be paid to eventually have the best if we can get our hands on the F35 no one can touch us.

F35 performance are like F16. Speed not more than 2 mach and range are even shorter.
SU 30 can win F35 already.
