Yes, I have a brain, despite being a meat-eater, er, lover. I am able to know that politicians can`t be trusted. It is the same the world over, the only difference is that in Singapore, the policy-makers implements the laws via the parliament and courts. It is perfectly leegal as some of the forummers here put it. You trust them to play fairÉ In their gameÉ Getting the advantage is part of the game. It is still fairer than other countries where political enemies mysteriously `dissapper`.`And of course they care for themselves (er, just check out their salaries!). People who think that they are voting for someone who has them in their hearts are in for a real surprise (or shock!).
Coming to your example of redrawing the boudaries, I say that no matter how the boundaries are drawn, the voter count still determines the final outcome. There will be arguments as to this and that changes, but the count is final.
Cheers!

sinkies are real dumbfucks. i wonder if you have a brain.
boycott of elections are done by people who got balls and not by ball-less sinkie draft.
2 piece of land 100m square. cut into 4 quarters. 3 of them are opposition voters and 1 quarter is ball-less supporter. 25% each................ the PAP party who onl;y care about themselves rather than the country and the people.
