[Perspective]

Despite Scroo's occasional lapse in judgement (attributed to over-confidence)... most of the time his comments on issues are sensible. I have not been around here very long but from my past year's observation Scroo is generally ok... maybe a little stubborn old man that's all.

Is RonRon "neutral"? Hell no. Is he tongue in cheek in his pro-PAP postings? Does not appear to me that way, i don't care either.
But he did snap and exposed his true personality recently. I am convinced he is nothing but a ChaoAhBeng PAP wannabe.

Clinton666 would appear a lot more satirical and tongue-in-cheek in his postings. His never ending declaration of love for PAP, KongHee, etc never fail to amuse me.

In terms of contributing and quality in the forum, Scroo is far above par. There are few equals like TBFH and others. In terms of picking personal fights with forummers, I'm afraid he's far below par. It's just not his strength. Two extremes.

I have been watching Ron and how he has shaped his image meticulously with obvious agenda. This week he threathened a mod, you despite standing for elections never said anything. I am sure you now going to claim that you were not aware of it. Why then comment if you do not do your homework. What is the use of becoming an MP if you can't even protect the mod who is doing public service.

Lets talk about being personal. If I say your lack of a proper education is the issue, then it becomes personal. You have been ungrateful twat from day 1. When Dr Joe Ong dragged your family and you and made wild allegations against you. I stepped in. When the allegations about LTK and your wife in China during an overseas trip. I stepped in. It was no skin off my back. Joe Ong has no idea if I am a girl or boy. Bear in mind, i could have stepped back and watched, making the occasional wise comments and appearing like a calm, measured and responsible individual.

Lets see your views on why you wanted to become an MP if you can't even step in to help the Mod of a forum that was threthened. A forum that you have been associated with for years. The Mod is also relatively new.

When others like Brocoli or Ram pyro me, they don't need to drag my personal life in, be it whether they know who I am or not. Only you, JO and GMS have done so. Yes, ironically JO whom you said you have defended me against. I stopped short of saying you are on par with GMS when the fights become personal, but now I shall say so. If you don't know, let me say that once you do that, you lose a lot of points.

My point again is, when you pyro people personally, you become like JO. On top of that, once you are on record to have spoken against such actions, it makes you like GMS - double standards (JO doesn't have double standards, his objects of hatred have always been consistent).

He cited the case of a FT HK surgeon offering to help a Singapore patient. Suddenly his clone appears praising the HK surgeon without any details being provided. It has to be a clone because there were no other details. Till now Ron can't provide the details.

I just saw this and had a good laugh. Here is a little tale that should be light reading for the evening.

I was particularly impressed with the comment about the elephant in the room. There is no bigger elephant than this guy. Fishbuff is a veteran of SBF. He used to tell us about FT Indians screwing up in IT as he is Oracle DB developer and Admin. His other favourite topic is muscles and bench presses.

He migrated and to his shock found out that Indian FTs were doing the same in his new country. Which is not a surprise to anyone. When he landed in his new country, the landlord cheated him and stole his high end laptop. Out of desperation, he sought help from an SBF forummer to allow him and his wife to stay at their place.

SBF has helped a lot of people and he is no exception. Truly an ungrateful chap. Just this week he again provided misleading information to people who migrated.

The trouble with bench pressing is that the elephant in the room grows bigger but the mind remains the same.. Used to regale us with stories about AngMo scared of his size. He eventually realised that nobody is interested in his muscle stories. He then started his own delphi forum and posting here to attract people over. That too failed. He now sits in the religious folder and again the only elephant in that folder.

what i know about that in emigration is what i saw among the community of singaporeans here in australia.

Fair enough, I misunderstood the question. On Ronron, he's an irritant, he knows he and I have no love lost for each other. But Raiders overreacted on the Kit Chan issue as much as Raiders is nice and does his job well. As for threats, moderators get threatened all the time. People in authority get that all the time. care to give examples of how did he mislead others? Also do you know the meaning of intentionally misleading someone and unintentionally doing so? If he did so with malicious intent ok show the proof. If he made did so cos he wasn't sure hey you cannot fault him for that. This is a forum where information is free flowing but some info might not be accurate and it is up to the person to double check. Also in what ways are your information correct?
