Shopping mall should have to be adaptable. They should open spa, high end massage parlour with free parking. They must open food court and outlet.

Kinex (former One KM) is a very mediocre mall.

Small food court in the basement. Unimpressive shops (many florists on an upper floor). Terrible layout. There's an Evolve MMA gym on the second floor, you can see through the glass barrier people grappling each other on the mat in BJJ, or doing muay thai kicks on instructors.

Might as well go south along Haig Road and shop at Parkway Parade.

I work around Jurong East IBP. If Big Box has converted itself to cater for expatriate Indian cuisine, and vegetarian Indian food, it would be doing a thriving business. There's a huge community of us at IBP.

It could be best to store all the shitskin motherfuckers in one box and rename it the black box.
