That one hopeless liao... Now he is planning for staging a protest, no time to talk.

Farker doesn't need vaccine. What he needs is a good long stay at IMH to set him straight.

You have to respect patient autonomy.

As a physician you cannot choose your patients. Cannot be discriminatory. Also if you make patient angry they have the right to complain. In Alberta all complaints are investigated even vexatious ones. Unless you want to be saddled with having to write all those letters back and forth calls with medical advisors both from malpractice protection and the college....best to have happy customers ahem patients.

How? Agree with them! Happy patients dont complain.

Sam has seen the light. Lately, he must be on something because his posts have all made sense.

Nothing has changed. I've never been anti vaxx and have said so many times. However I do strongly advocate against taking mRNA vaccines until more data is in.

I'm still anti lockdown too because I see no way how lockdowns can help matters in the long term. All they do is cause chaos in other aspects of life which are even worse than the effects of Covid.

I was holding out for Novavax because I've taken umpteen vaccines using the same technology over many years with ill effects.

Leongsam has succumbed to my formidable logic

I have succumbed to absolutely nothing.

1. Covid is a mild disease in most and should be treated just like the flu.
2. mRNA vaccines are questionable and their authorisation was a political decision and not a scientific one.
3. Lockdowns don't work.
4. Masks don't work.
5. The Delta variant is no big deal.
6. Sweden is the Best!

Then why you said you are "desperate to vaccinate"?

You were joking right? LOL!:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Anyway I am still really hoping that the Pfizer vaccines kills me and my wife and my 3 kids in the next few months. Sole survivor will be my 3 year old daughter. Hopefully what we leave her in money will help her live well. Fingers crossed.

I take the flu vaccine every single year without fail so why wouldn't I be desperate to be vaccinated for Covid which is more likely to be fatal than influenza for the elderly.

I am 100% pro vaccine. I have taken just about every single one available to man with the exception of HPV which at my age is pointless.

However I don't trust mRNA technology yet and I definitely don't trust Pfizer and the process by which emergency use authorisation was obtained.

I don't either.

But hey I work in the field. And the medical field is about the most political there is of all professions. Put it simply doctors do NOT have any autonomy whatsoever.

We follow and do what we are told by the upper top brass or else it is off with your licence! In fact we have to listen to patients above ourselves even.

So what the heck. I just follow lah.

I hope this finally kills me and 90% of my family. I would vaccinate my 3 year old if they allowed it. I guess they know it is going to kill all of us so they want to save the youngest ones or else there will be hardly any humans left. LOL!

So hope so lah. Pray for me to die.

Remorse. He is one of those unlucky ones did not vaccinate but kena covid and is serious.

It could also have been he vaccinate then the vaccine killed him.

So the moral of the story? Be prepared to die whether or not you choose to get vaccinated or not!

Well, 70% of Sinkees aren't taking their chances with no vaccination protection. Science and data from around the world clearly show vaccinations protect 98% against death or serious illness.

SINGAPORE — Seventy per cent of Singapore’s population are vaccinated against Covid-19 as of Sunday (Aug 8), data from the Ministry of Health (MOH) showed.

For Singapore residents aged 12 and above who have yet to get their first dose and who want to get the Pfizer-BioNtech or Comirnaty vaccine, they may do so without making an appointment from Tuesday, the ministry added.

In its nightly update on the coronavirus situation, MOH said on Monday that more than 3.86 million people have completed their full vaccination regimen as of Sunday — a day ahead of the country’s 56th birthday.

The ministry’s vaccination data usually lags by a day and no figures on the number of vaccinations given out as of Monday were yet available.

The figure exceeds the Government’s earlier target of having two-thirds of the population vaccinated by National Day.

A full regimen refers to either two doses of the vaccines offered under the national vaccination programme, or one dose for recovered Covid-19 patients.

Covid-19: Those getting any WHO-approved vaccine including Sinovac to be treated as fully vaccinated for dining in, other activities
In June, the task force leading Singapore’s pandemic response said that it aimed to get two-thirds of the population vaccinated by National Day, as it sped up the national vaccination programme.

Health Minister Ong Ye Kung, who co-chairs the task force, raised the bar again in July when he told Parliament that he expected almost 70 per cent of the population inoculated against Covid-19 by that date.

Mr Ong added that by early September, around 80 per cent should be fully inoculated.

As of Sunday, the percentage of residents who have completed the full regimen split by age group are as follows:

Ages 12 to 39: 71 per cent

Ages 40 to 44: 80 per cent

Ages 45 to 59: 84 per cent

Ages 60 to 69: 86 per cent

Ages 70 and above: 78 per cent

The ministry added that 79 per cent of the population have received at least one dose of either the Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccines under the national programme as of Sunday.

“In total, we have administered a total of 8,103,735 doses of Covid-19 vaccines under the national vaccination programme, covering 4,367,061 individuals, with 3,862,510 individuals having completed the full vaccination regimen.”

In addition, 131,497 doses of Sinovac vaccines have been administered as of Sunday, covering 81,709 individuals.

NO BOOKING NEEDED FOR PFIZER SHOT

In a separate statement on Monday night, MOH said that those who have yet to get their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine may do so at any of the 26 vaccination centres offering the Pfizer-BioNTech or Comirnaty vaccine without a appointment.

This change will take effect from Tuesday and will apply to all Singaporeans, permanent residents and long-term pass holders aged 12 and above.

The full list of the 26 centres can be found at MOH’s vaccination website.

The announcement comes a week after the authorities allowed walk-ins at the 11 vaccination centres offering the Moderna vaccine for Singapore residents aged 18 and above.

Since mid-July, seniors aged 60 and above have also been allowed to get their jabs at any vaccination centre, polyclinic or participating Public Health Preparedness Clinic without booking an appointment.

So can you imagine if it is true that the vaccine will kill 99%?

3.86 million in SG die?

Or turn them into zombies...

Fantasy lah.

Seriously is all the vaccinated die like they say it will be cataclysmic.

Not to mention the people left behind are all the self entitled people who probably not willing to work for the greater collective. Selfish. Perhaps violent. Nobody will clean toilets for sure. Nobody will cleat septic tanks.

Nobody will get hands dirty.

Many will be rapists murderers belligerent etc.

Good luck.

A terrifying thought indeed...:x3:

A terrifying thought indeed...:x3:
But it is true isnt it?

All the middle class will likely be gone.

Sure i would like to see Elon Musk working at the lithium mines to get material to make his batteries. Lol!

Or Jeff Bezos cutting trees to make the cardboard boxes for his packages.

Police force likely gone. Army gone. Engineers gone.

Water treatment plants?

Farmers gone. Food?

Oh oh.....nuclear power plants all unmanned....

Good luck boy....

Other than the PAP, very few democratically elected governments can do so well. Just look at how the dumbfuck m&ds in jiuhu and indon are fucking things up.
Jiu hu ramping up after criticism. Currently doing half a million a day. 60% vacvinated by end of August.KL to be fully vaccinated by merdeka day.

Malaysia is always a step behind and is always looking up to Sinkeepoo for ideas on how to move forward. I bet soon they will also be talking about living with COVID as an endemic disease...
