This guy explain it perfectly, if the floor is slope towards the other direction, no issue at all, just add more cement
BSC should take this chance to check all the flooring on all level ... instead of trying to push off a genuine default here

Wow, that sounds like a nightmare! A whole slanted house and no action from BSC? That’s seriously frustrating. I’d definitely get an independent inspection. It’s worth getting a second opinion before things get worse or cost even more to fix. I know that sometimes a good roofing company can spot structural issues that others miss. We called the guys from https://saratogaroofingco.com/ to check the house before buying it. No regrets as we were sure everything was ok.

hear say now Building Authority is investing all the cheena contractors doing construction here to check their records and worksmenship over the thailand collapse ... so it should be a good time NOW to lodge in complain to them and CC copy to PMO and their GRC Advisors to stir the problem up .... sure they will now do something to prevent collapsing here under their control
