Legals are friends serving different paymasters, they do communicate with each other behind the scenes. Next week, there is another pre-trial hearing, it is now a profound yes that they work towards liquidation so that Olivia, Simon, PUB and MAS will spared. That's the closing chapter and it has only just begun.

The news is out - Given the negotiations with the investor for an investment in the entire Hyflux Group were unsuccessful and consequently a restructuring not possible, the continuation of the judicial management of the Company is no longer necessary. The remaining six (6) bids involve the purchase of individual assets in the Hyflux Group and can be facilitated through a winding up of the Company. Following the conclusion of the investor process, the Judicial Managers have formed the view that the objectives of the judicial management are no longer capable of achievement and the remaining value of the Hyflux Group are best realized in a liquidation. 9. On 4 June 2020, the Judicial Managers filed an application to the Court to wind up the Company.

Hyflux's judicial managers no longer needed after failed talks with investors; liquidation advised​

THE continuation of Hyflux's judical management is no longer necessary, given that negotiations for an investment in the entire group were unsuccessful and a restructuring is not possible.

Following the conclusion of the investor process, Hyflux's judicial managers said the objectives of the judicial management are "no longer capable of achievement", and the remaining value of the group are best realised in a liquidation, according to a bourse filing on Friday evening.

just too disgusted last night. Want to 出口气 and shame the evildoers.

I was not in a clear state of mind, lost a lot a savings. Just wanted to slit the throats of those regulators and let the blood flood out.
 
I can't find the Hyflux PNP committee telegram group anymore. What happened to this group? Why they stopped us from gathering together in strength?
