I brought my daughter for a haircut today at QB. Queue for 15 mins and finally able to scan Safe entry for her and she made her way in for her haircut while I was waiting outside, some 5 metres from the QB entrance. Surfing the internet while waiting, a small commotion broke out between the QB staff and a man wearing cap with long and messy hair. His temperature taken by QB staff was 38.1 deg and he kept on insisting that he has no fever. Everyone in the queue behind him was taken aback by his 38.1 deg and moved even backwards. I was cursing him inside me! For goodness sake, if you have a temperature, why are you out of your home queuing for a haircut! Fxxxxxg asshole! Annoyed!

Sg weather very hot. Easy to have 38.1 after maybe walking in hot sun brisk walk to the barber.
It's an aircon mall and he surely must have queued for more than 15mins for his body temperature to cool down from the hot sun! If I have a gun, I would have shot him dead on the spot!

Infrared scanners under-report the actual temperature. If he measured 38.1 degree, he could well have been closer to 38.5. It's roughly where some people may get a little delirious.
