Are u illiterate? Is it not mentioned that the poster knows some of the individuals personally? So well, that in the past the poster, namely PAPsmearer has been accused of being Lee Hsien Yang.

No relation. However Ravi has not been rated as a Central Banker while his Malaysian, Filipino and Indonesian counterparts are rated higher. I believe his background is econometrics and not known for strategy setting etc. So you will not hear anything profound from him. Nevertheless he rose quite fast despite his background.
