Rapid population growth is straining public services to breaking point - Seah CN

this place is really packed like sardines. no way to go really....just want to get out to malaysia or anywhere in batam or bintang. really very jialat.everywhere crowded with very angry and very unreasonable people. cut queues.raise voices.rude and angry.uncouth and dirty.damned shit place singapore has become!!!

Size does matter eventually...More Sand Please!

Don't be daft. Singapore can no longer reclaim more land.

If Singapore wants more lebensraum, go ahead and annex JB and Batam.

As that it unlikely to happen any time soon, population reduction is the only way to go.

Reclaim land until international sea border

Should set this as a KPI for all govt officals, that affect their bonus, and make the KPI performance public. Must take public transport for a consecutive period for one month. If solutions fail, then increase the period until they get a good grasp of the suitation. They got brain, so lousy solutions must be because they dont understand the situation.:D And please don't use complex suitation as an excuse.

The only solution is for the government officials to consistently use public services especially public transport.
Not just the transport ministar making the occasional random trip on buses or mrt, but for them to take it EVERYDAY during peak hours.
They will soon realise the problem.
Similar to my suggestion about ministars and mos being made to have dinner with "FTs" and their families every weekend.

Not only govt officials being on the ground to understand problems. They may still be blind. I opine it is best to get their wives and kids to try the system in place. Once wife and kids kpkb, they will act. Can also include their parents and in-laws.

Oh, of course.
That's why my suggestion is for the "FTs" to have dinner with the ministars and mos AND their families.
If it's just dinner with the office holders, it will simply be a very formal and pompous affair at a restaurant and the spin will be in the papers the next morning.

In LHL's case, hoping that either he or his family members will look at the "FT's" disgusting manners and make them leave.
Alternatively, the "FT" may be disgusted at the sight of u-know-who and leave on their own accord. :D
