An American whose ancestors were from India but who is a 2nd or 3rd generation citizen of the USA is very unlikely to go about stinking out a hospital. The filthy habits of their ancestors will have long been discarded. They are now Americans first and foremost. A white German who emigrates to the US can produce an American after one generation so why can't a dark Indian or a yellow Chinaman.
