Friday night googled for steak and found this wonderful restaurant Bistecca Tuscan at Mohd Sultan

Started with a great Amarone

Freshly baked bread with patte,rocket with parma ham, blue cheese platter

Sauces for the steak to come

Another bottle, just for the steak

Here it comes

Went to so many high end establishments in Singapore, this is the best. Will definitely come again.

Yummy...The King T bone cut nicely done med rare just looking at your peekture! Must be succulent too...

Had a family (7) lunch on Saturday at Canton Paradise restaurant in Star Vista (Buona Vista MRT Station). My first time visiting this restaurant. Really enjoyed all the freshly made dimsum, very original

Went to my favorite seafood restaurant in Singapore for dinner on Saturday, Long Beach at Dempsey. Been a while since last had Alaskan crab.

Took this giant

Crispy sotong to start

And bamboo clams

Because it’s a big crab we got them to cook half white pepper

the other half black pepper

Followed with kale stir fry

Raffles Hotel, famous for its Singapore Sling worldwide is under major renovation. The Long Bar was initially moved to a piano room on the ground floor and continued to serve Singapore Sling, on August it was moved back to the original Long Bar on the 2nd floor.

Went there on Saturday night for a drink. Still looked the same except for a mechanical shaker machine smack in the center of the bar top

Ordered the Singapore Sling and what a disappointment as it seemed its become more dilute less intense. So for $38++ or $44.73 its really not worth it. We had 4 glasses. Don't think will ever go there again.

This conclude my weekend 54hrs trip to Singapore. Am glad I went to 2 restaurants for the first time.

When I go to Dempsey, it is always to Samy's Curry. Wallet too thin to be able to eat at Long Beach, not to mention King Crab.

Oh please. Don't give credit to the PAP about my living overseas. I am back to Singapore because of work not because this is my home, home is in Bangkok period.
