Heavy rainfall.Flooding.MRT breakdown frequencies.Co-incidents?

MRT breakdowns mostly occur underground for a start.It also coincides with Rivers above.Soft soil?

Or underground settling down?Misalignment of tracks?

If above is true.The heavier the rain the shit hits the fan.

Yes and yes.It does not require a rocket scientist to figure that electricity and rain does not go well together.Apparently,after the latest incident about the purple line --again electrical short-circuit; alarm bells should start ringing.
