Yishun doesn't have the air pollution from JB's industrial zone. Especially during year-end, when the north wind blows.
They must be raised by single mothers. Their mothers are too busy working, TikTok'ing or finding the next meal ticket on dating sites, and have no time to raise the kids properly.
The one with a rich father will escape punishment.
I wonder if they will be given a stern warning.
They look like they're the wrong colour to qualify for stern warnings.
