Pump prices are too high now, government should remove petrol taxes

Yes, riding bicycle is very good.
Keeps you in shape and good health.

Riding a bicycle means you cannot force your way into a school
by trying to knock down a security guard with your Bentley.
Or, fcuking a security guard because your friends need to park their BMW;

when your Idiotic friends visit you in your $1M condo.
You need not fight over a car parking lot.
And many others....
Bikes eliminate a lot of ills brought by cars. The only caveat is, we bring our bikes everywhere we go such as into coffeeshops, and if we cycle overseas, into hotels

PAP government no money liao. They will double down with the taxes. If not, why do you think they raised the GST to 9% even though people are retrenched, Businesses closing, or are struggling in the current time of the Wuhan virus.

Higher oil prices will cascade down to correspondingly affect the prices of daily necessities, transportation costs and electricity. Good luck to Stinkies.

Those who want low cost RON95 petrol and diesel, please go to Malaysia where it is government controlled at RM2.05/litre and RM2.15/litre respectively.

Or Brunei, where they are even more dirt cheap.

can you imagine how motherfucking high are our petrol taxes to feed all the chobolans MPs?

According to this article, up to 79cents per liter goes to petrol tax.

Bear in mind that there is still GST and margins for pump operators.

It cost more than $120 to pump a full tax of petrol for most cars. Transport fares are also increasing.

With raising prices now, we should sack some useless civil servants and reduce petrol tax to curb inflation.
Can always get a BMW. Bus, MRT, Walk

Yes, but what can you do other than to vote them out during the elections? Can you beat those 61%? I won't be more surprised if this ratio will even increase at the next GE as Sinkies will feel even more obligated because the oppies are disunited with none of them willing to form a formidable coalition to challenge the PAP. All the oppies are for themselves only.

Frankly I am all for the petrol tax. And I do not think cutting the tax is a good idea. The better option is that all singkies get a cash top up of 2k etc per annum and low income singkies get more. High income singkies get minimal. Cutting fuel excise only benefits those that have cars and foreigners who have cars etc. Economic help should always be highly targeted and beneficial to the low income and middle class

You truly are a strawberry from the strawberry generation. Not happy then migrate or jump into Bedok Reservoir.
Fuck PAP. Not a day without sucking people dry. The best part : The stupid peasants still vote for them to remain in power.

Tell me which part of gahmen's policy you do not understand. Without tax on petrol how is Sickipoora going to help FT? After explaining so many times by the million dollar ministers you still ask the same question. No wonder more and more FTs are invited here to displace Sinkies.
