In 2010, Yakult and his lackey said the same thing, blaming a once in 50 year flood and trash in canals for the floods. Yakult and lackey Khoo said they will put in measures to solve the problem.

Well, their solution solved the problems for the Lucky Plaza merchants but created problems for Tanglin Mall merchants. The latter is expected to call for heads to roll or compensations at tax-payers' dollars.

Yes, these people lie to their teeth and it amazed me that they dare even to sprout this lie. I can remember two great floods in Bukit Timah in my 50 years. Once when there were still kampong in Bukit Timah and the other where Serene Centre basement carpark was flooded to the roof.
