Anyone who file/lodge a complaint of a person to a gahmen, police or Council department, and if after the investigation they found to be frivolous, vendetta or vindictive case and drop the complaint.

You can take this complaint letter sue the complainant for defamation, criminal or civil. If it is criminal its police case.

I think is defamation act sec 27 or 28....

if you are alleged of rape/ molest/ grop a woman and if case is a frivolous, vendetta, vindictive allegation, can sue the plaintiff for defamation Sec 27 or 28....
